Registration Fee: $80 per team

Registration Deadline: Ends June 12, 2024

Only 100 teams will be accepted, so make sure to register early. The price is $40.00 per player, and you must register and pay as a team.

Luke Day Pickleball Tournament: Tournament Information

The Luke Day Pickleball Tournament aims to raise money for Canine Companions and St. Tammany animal services. Sponsored by NextHome and other local businesses, this event ensures that 100% of the money raised will support these great non-profits. Show your support and sign up before it’s too late. The tournament will feature up to 8 games going at one time with 6 different divisions to choose from.

Divisions and Brackets

The tournament offers the following divisions:

• Men’s Doubles
• Women’s Doubles
• Mixed Doubles
• Senior Men’s Doubles
• Senior Women’s Doubles
• Senior Mixed Doubles

The format will include Set Partner Round Robin and Rotating Partner Round Robin. Ensure you register with a partner and choose the division that suits you best.

Rules and Regulations

If you want to view matches, court assignments, and enter your scores using the Swish mobile app during the tournament, please have the Swish app downloaded and signed into ahead of time with your DUPR ID linked to your Swish profile. Note that this is optional. Do not press “Leave Tournament” at the end of the tournament. Just verify your scores and close the app.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a complete rain-out occurs or if you register to the waitlist without making it into the tournament, you will receive a full refund. Withdrawals will receive a refund only if a player/team on the waitlist fills the vacated spot. No refunds for day-of-tournament no-show or withdrawal. Day-of-tournament late arrivals will count as day-of-tournament no-shows.
