Port City Pickleball Tournament: Join Us for an Exciting Event
The highly anticipated Port City Pickleball Tournament is set to take place on June 1, 2024, at Paul Devine Park in Chickasaw, Alabama. This inaugural event promises to be a thrilling day of competitive pickleball, bringing together players of all skill levels to support a great cause. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of South Alabama, helping to purchase pickleball equipment and meet other needs.

The Port City Pickleball Tournament will be held at the following venue:

The park features six outdoor asphalt courts with portable nets. The tournament will use the Selkirk Pro S1 ball. Parking at the venue is free of charge.
Registration Information
Registration for the Pickleball Tournament is open from April 9, 2024, to May 26, 2024. Players can register for up to two events. The registration fee includes unlimited events, with each event guaranteeing a minimum of three games.
- Registration Fee: $40 for one division, $55 for two divisions per player
- Includes: At least three games per division, a t-shirt, and a free drink
Divisions and Brackets
The tournament will feature several divisions and brackets to accommodate different skill levels:
- Men’s Doubles
- Women’s Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
- Open Singles (Men and Women)
Depending on the number of participants, we will attempt to create different skill brackets to ensure fair competition.
Event Schedule
The Port City Pickleball Tournament will take place on June 1, 2024, from 8 AM to 7 PM. Matches will be logged into the DUPR system, allowing players to achieve an official rating.
