Are you ready to have a smashing good time while making a difference in the lives of others? Look no further than the Charity Pickleball Tournament at the First Street Racquet Club in New Orleans! This incredible event is set to take place on Sunday June 11th 2023, and it promises to be a day filled with thrilling matches, camaraderie, and the joy of giving back to the community.

Whether you’re a seasoned pickleball player or new to the game, this tournament welcomes men and women of all skill levels. Beginners are especially encouraged to participate, as this event is all about having fun and supporting two worthy causes: the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Visionaries of the Year.

The tournament kicks off with a free clinic for beginners at 9:15 AM. If you’re new to pickleball or simply want to improve your skills, this clinic is the perfect opportunity to learn from experienced players and get ready for the games ahead. It’s an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome to join and receive valuable guidance.

Once the clinic concludes, the excitement truly begins at 10:00 AM when the games commence. Participants will compete against one another in a friendly and competitive atmosphere. Remember, this tournament is not a qualifying event, so the focus is on enjoyment and supporting a great cause. So bring your A-game and get ready to show off your skills, or simply enjoy the thrill of being on the court and meeting fellow pickleball enthusiasts.

To register for the tournament, a donation of $100 per player is required. Not only will you secure your spot in the tournament, but you’ll also contribute to the important work carried out by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Visionaries of the Year. It’s a win-win situation where your love for pickleball combines with a passion for making a positive impact.

If you’re interested in showing additional support, you have the opportunity to become a sponsor by donating $400. In return, you’ll receive four player registrations and have your logo featured on the event page. It’s a fantastic way to promote your brand while championing a charitable cause.

During registration, make sure to indicate whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert pickleball player by adding the letters B, I, or E respectively after your first name. This will help the organizers create fair and balanced matches, ensuring that players of similar skill levels face off against each other.
