Refund and Replacement Policy
Understanding the uncertainties of schedules, the tournament offers a full refund for withdrawals up until February 1st, 2024, minus a nominal website fee. However, please note that there will be no refunds after February 2nd, 2024. In cases of unavailability, players may transfer their entry fees to a replacement player of similar skill level up until the day before the event.
