Sat, Oct 14 – Women’s & Men’s Doubles (Max. 50 Teams)
Sun, Oct. 15 – Mixed Doubles (Max. 50 Teams)
Venue & Game Structure

Halls Ferry Sports Complex
1264 S Frontage Rd, Vicksburg, MS 39180
Gameplay:
Round-Robin Style with divisions based on Age and Skill. Categories include: 18+, 35+, 50+, 60+, & 70+
Teams will be grouped by skill first, then age. Note: This is an informal event, and divisions might be merged based on the organizer’s decision.
Refreshments & Registration
While bottled water and light snacks will be on hand, participants should note that lunch won’t be provided on both days. However, we’re looking to have a food truck nearby, and there are several eateries a short distance away.
Participation Fee: $60 per player (covering 1 or 2 events). Payments can be made through check or PayPal. Ensure your checks, addressed to Vicksburg Pickleball Association, arrive by September 29, 2023, to confirm your registration.

Complete the registration form to secure your spot. After registration, you’ll receive a payment prompt and a confirmation email with further details.
Important Dates & Information
Final date for registration is September 29, 2023. Post this date, no refunds will be processed. If any team’s classification is changed by the Event Coordinator, they will be informed in advance.
If you decide to withdraw before the registration deadline, you’re eligible for a full refund. The brackets/groups will be shared individually by October 11, 2023, and will also be posted on the “Vicksburg Pickleball Events” Facebook page.

Vicksburg Pickleball Fall Brawl: Contingency Plans
In case of bad weather, we’ll try our best to stick to the schedule by adjusting start times or reducing the duration of certain matches. If the event gets canceled and can’t be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, a part of the registration fees will be donated to our local food bank.
